National Post reporter and author Vanessa Farquharson sleeps naked. She eats her food straight from the pots and pans, she follows the “If it’s yellow, let it mellow…” rule, and washes her hair with vinegar and baking soda. It all started in 2008 when Vanessa challenged herself to 365 days of green living. Vanessa’s efforts and conundrums made their way into a new memoir…“Sleeping Naked is Green”. She spoke with me from Toronto about her green adventures.
